Since joining the company in March 2022 as a Senior Engineer, Jose has consistently demonstrated exceptional technical expertise and client-focused leadership. In his new role, he will serve as a strategic partner to a portfolio of clients, aligning technology initiatives with business goals and ensuring every engagement delivers measurable value.

Jose’s new position is a hybrid role that blends the strategic foresight of a Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO), the relationship depth of an Account Manager, and the executional focus of an Engagement Manager. As the face of the MSP to our clients, Jose will guide long-term IT roadmaps, ensure seamless delivery of services, and foster trusted, long-lasting client relationships.

With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Jose brings an exceptional blend of technical depth, strategic thinking, and relationship-building. He has worked in a wide range of environments including banking, government, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, legal, and construction, and has assessed and managed networks ranging from small businesses to global enterprises with over 5,000 endpoints.

Jose’s prior role as a Senior Engineer included architecting infrastructure, resolving complex technical escalations, and executing major IT projects such as server migrations, cybersecurity implementations, and cloud platform optimization. He consistently enhanced service quality, bridged the gap between technical leadership and execution, and built deep trust with clients through reliable expertise.
