Braver Technology Solutions’ Michael Tagliaferri Promoted to Service Manager

 After working as the interim Service Manager since November 2017, we are thrilled to announce that Michael Tagliaferri has been promoted to the position of Service Manager. 

Michael oversees Braver Technology Solutions’ team of engineers and technicians while maintaining the organization’s efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. 

In addition, he implements disaster recovery, backup procedures, information security and control structures to ensure our clients’ data is secure and networks are running efficiently.  

Michael is an 11-year Braver Technology Solutions veteran. He has played a large role in numerous projects over the years, including the implementation of Braver Technology Solutions’ VOIP Communication System, CleanVoice.
